This week has already been a week of action. I made a plan to make 2015 a year of action and that means in all areas of my life. For starters I am jumping in with my health, mind, body and spirit. Eating better is a major part of the plan. More fruits and veggies are an essential part and so I have started juicing again.
This beauty below was a juice I threw together. It included celery, green apple and lime. There was just enough apples and limes to hide the celery taste. Celery is not one of my favourites when it comes to juicing.

Drinking more water and adding yoga to my schedule is also helping to make me feel better and have more energy.
