Why do I do this to myself?

Why do I load up my schedule with so many things that I am almost ready to fall over from exhaustion?

So it seems I need a little reminder about being kind to me . I am feeling exhausted by the week that just went by and tired at the thought of the work that I still have ahead of me.

What do you do to manage your stress? Do you have any tricks for not getting overwhelmed?
